The Audacity of Authenticity

Anthony Johnson of 21 Studios & 21 University was the man who signed off on me being a speaker at the 21 Convention 2017.

1. I’d never met Anthony
2. We’d interacted briefly a few times online
3. I’d never given a public speech before
4. All Anthony had to go off was the Periscopes I do in my Jeep & the recommendation given by Rollo Tomassi of The Rational Male.

He took a chance on me and when he made the call to offer the slot, I accepted and told him he wouldn’t regret it…and he didn’t.

My speech was raw and filled with nervous “fucks“, but at the end of it I received the first standing ovation of the event.
